Who we are
GeoVeracity is a service of RippleXn. When you submit an enquiry, your information is handled by RippleXn to manage your request and reply to you.

What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect:
Your name, email, organisation, place, country, sector, material preference, quantity, goal and chosen plan.
We use this information solely to handle your project enquiry, prepare a scope and quote, and reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your information or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry is kept for as long as it is needed to complete the agreed project and any follow-up. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your private request link
When you submit an enquiry, a private reference link is created. Anyone with the full link can see the request plan, status and quote. Keep it safe. If the link is lost or compromised, contact us for a replacement.
Email notifications
When you submit an enquiry, an email alert is sent to the project owner so they can begin reviewing your request. The email contains the information you provided. We do not send marketing emails.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We use:
localStorage (browser-side only, not sent to any server):
gv_cookie_consent— remembers your cookie banner preference- Form state — the enquiry form temporarily keeps field values while you complete it
Cookies:
gv_admin— an httpOnly session cookie used only for owner sign-in to the enquiry queue. Not set for regular visitors.
No third-party cookies, analytics trackers, advertising pixels or fingerprinting scripts are loaded.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify any inaccurate information
- Erase your data (right to be forgotten)
- Restrict processing of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Legal basis for processing
We process your enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest (handling a project enquiry you have initiated) and your consent (given when you tick the consent checkbox on the form). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Security
Your enquiry is stored in a secured database. Access links use cryptographic tokens. The owner queue is password-protected. We do not store payment information on this site.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here. We do not make changes that reduce your rights without notice.
